I posted a little while back about aiming to live life like every day is a vacation–well, here’s how to actually trick your brain into doing it!!

Have you heard of Shine? It’s an app (or you can sign up for the SMS texting service) that pushes you a motivational message each morning. The service sends a few uplifting messages, then links to a related article that goes more in depth on the topic. It also lets you check in each day, which prompts you to reflect on what you’re grateful for and what you’re doing to feel good. I’ve been using the app, and I love it. You can decide what time to receive the message each day, and the articles have been really relevant to me. I read them while I drink my morning smoothie. It’s been a nice way to start the day! Plus, any site that supports binge watching is OK by me….
